Pre Recorded Personalised Videos

Each week you will receive three personalised videos which will last between 30-45 minutes, these sessions are similar to our 1-2-1 sessions were we will analyse areas of development and ensure our videos focus on the individuals needs.

Weekly Goal Setting

Here at next level coaching we believe goal setting is imperative to development, because of this we will attach goals micro goals for your child to reach each session as well as a major goal that we are looking to hit each week or potentially throughout the program.

Coach Access

​

Players will have the ability to email Nxt Level Coaching videos practicing their skills, this gives our coaches a change to analyse and respond with coaching points in order to help the player develop and gain a greater understanding of how to successfully perform a skill.
