Working Hours: Saturday Mornings: 8:45am - 10:15am 
                              Half-Term Football Camps: 8:45am - 3:15pm



About The Role
Are you passionate about football and love working with children? We're looking for both new and experienced coaches to join our team as Lead Football Coaches. Whether you're an aspiring coach looking to gain qualifications or a seasoned professional, we’d love to hear from you! This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop young players' skills, confidence, and love for the game. As our programs continue to grow, there will be opportunities for this role to expand with additional responsibilities and leadership roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver engaging football coaching sessions for children on Saturday mornings and during half-term camps.

  • Plan, organize, and adapt sessions to meet a range of ages and skill levels.

  • Create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment for all participants.

  • Work closely with other coaches and staff to foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

  • Communicate with parents, guardians, and program managers about player progress and program updates.
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum FA Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football (a willingness to work towards further qualifications).

  • In-date First Aid Qualification (or a willingness to obtain it).

  • Experience delivering football and/or sports sessions for children.

  • Full UK driving license and/or access to a vehicle (due to the demands of the role).

  • Willingness to grow with the role as our programs expand.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for effective session management.

  • Excellent timekeeping and management skills to ensure sessions run smoothly.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Confidence in providing face-to-face customer service is essential.
